PREP THE GARMENT
Lay the garment flat and smooth on the press. Remove wrinkles or moisture as needed, and avoid pressing directly over seams, zippers, or heavily coated areas.

REC DTF • PRESS IT RIGHT
DTF TRANSFER INSTRUCTIONS.
These are the standard application settings for REC DTF transfers. A heat press that is actually hitting temperature and delivering firm, even pressure matters just as much as the numbers below.

THE REC PRESS SEQUENCE
Same five-step process every time. Don’t freestyle the repress.
POSITION THE TRANSFER
Place the printed/adhesive side against the garment with the clear carrier film on top. Make sure it is flat and positioned where you want it.
PRESS
Press at 300°F for 5 seconds using firm, even pressure.
INSTANT PEEL
Remove the garment from the press and peel the carrier immediately in one smooth motion.
REPRESS
Cover the design with a Teflon sheet and repress for 5 seconds at 300°F using firm pressure.
DON’T SKIP THE SECOND PRESS.
RUSTIC EDGE CUSTOMS • DTF STANDARD
The repress is part of the application process—not an optional victory lap. Cover the design with Teflon and give it the full 5 seconds with firm pressure.
AFTERCARE
Machine wash after application and either hang dry or tumble dry. Follow the garment’s own care requirements when they are more restrictive.
