Shipping policy

Shipping & Turnaround Policy

Rustic Edge Customs creates many of our products to order. Please allow the following production times before your order is ready to ship:

Apparel: 5–7 business days
Engraved Tumblers: 7–10 business days
Sublimation Tumblers: 2–3 business days

Custom DTF Gang Sheets: Approximately 2–3 business days for production before shipment or pickup.
Ready-to-Press DTF Transfers: Already printed. Available quantities are shown on each product.

These turnaround times are for production and processing only. Shipping/transit time is additional and begins once your order has been completed and transferred to the carrier.

When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order ships.

Carrier Delays:

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Rustic Edge Customs is not responsible for carrier delays or late delivery caused by the shipping provider. Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Rustic Edge Customs.

Digital Products: Digital downloads are delivered electronically and are not physically shipped.
