Shipping & Turnaround Policy

Rustic Edge Customs creates many of our products to order. Please allow the following production times before your order is ready to ship:

Apparel: 5–7 business days
Engraved Tumblers: 7–10 business days
Sublimation Tumblers: 2–3 business days
DTF Transfers: 2–3 business days

These turnaround times are for production and processing only. Shipping/transit time is additional and begins once your order has been completed and transferred to the carrier.

When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order ships.

Digital Products: Digital downloads are delivered electronically and are not physically shipped.
