These Terms of Service govern your use of RusticEdgeCustoms.com and purchases from Rustic Edge Customs (“Rustic Edge Customs,” “REC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using our website, placing an order, approving a custom proof, or purchasing a product or service from us, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced below.

1. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order or payment does not require Rustic Edge Customs to accept or fulfill an order.

We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, inventory or production limitations, technical issues, shipping restrictions, or concerns regarding customer-supplied content.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the amount collected for the canceled portion, subject to applicable law.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, shipping, contact, size, color, quantity, and customization information.

We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

2. Custom, Personalized, and Made-to-Order Products

Many REC products are produced specifically for each customer.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom and personalized apparel
  • Engraved tumblers
  • Sublimation tumblers
  • Custom gifts
  • DTF transfers
  • Custom-designed products
  • Other made-to-order products

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all names, spelling, dates, colors, sizes, quantities, artwork, layout, and customization details before submitting or approving an order.

Once production begins, changes or cancellations might not be possible.

Refunds, returns, exchanges, corrections, and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Final Sale Policy.

3. Proofs and Approvals

When REC provides a digital proof or mockup for approval, your approval confirms that the spelling, wording, layout, artwork, placement, and other visible customization details are acceptable for production.

REC is not responsible for an error that was clearly visible in a proof approved by the customer.

If the finished product materially differs from the approved proof because of a production error by REC, please contact us as described in our Refund & Final Sale Policy.

Colors can vary slightly between screens, digital mockups, printed transfers, garment materials, inks, engraving finishes, and physical products.

Reasonable production variation is not considered a defect.

4. Customer-Supplied Artwork and Content

If you provide artwork, photographs, logos, trademarks, text, names, designs, or other content for a custom order, you represent that you own the content or have the necessary permission or rights to use and reproduce it for the requested order.

You grant Rustic Edge Customs limited permission to reproduce, resize, format, print, engrave, or otherwise process customer-supplied content only as reasonably necessary to create and fulfill your order.

REC may decline or cancel a project that we reasonably believe violates applicable law, infringes third-party rights, or cannot be produced safely or appropriately.

5. DTF Transfers

DTF transfer application results depend on factors outside REC’s control, including:

  • Heat-press equipment
  • Garment material
  • Temperature
  • Pressure
  • Pressing time
  • Application method

Customers are responsible for following the application instructions provided with or for the product.

Refunds or replacements for DTF transfers are governed by our Refund & Final Sale Policy, including the distinction between transfers that arrive damaged or defective and transfers damaged during customer application.

6. Digital Products

Digital products are provided for the use permitted by the applicable product listing or license.

Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, purchasing a digital file does not transfer ownership of REC copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual-property rights.

Purchasing a digital product does not permit resale, redistribution, sharing, sublicensing, or repackaging of the digital file itself unless specifically authorized in writing.

Digital-product refunds are governed by our Refund & Final Sale Policy and applicable law.

7. Product Information, Availability, and Pricing

We work to keep product descriptions, images, pricing, availability, and other store information accurate.

However, typographical errors, pricing errors, technical errors, or outdated information may occasionally occur.

We may correct errors, update product information, change prices, discontinue products, or cancel an affected order when reasonably necessary.

If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, the amount collected for the canceled portion will be refunded.

8. Payments, Taxes, and Charges

You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the amounts shown at checkout or on an approved invoice, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees.

You are responsible for taxes, duties, or charges that applicable law places on the purchaser unless checkout or the invoice states that Rustic Edge Customs is collecting them.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Production times, shipping practices, tracking, carrier delays, and digital-delivery information are governed by our Shipping & Turnaround Policy.

Estimated production or delivery dates are estimates unless REC expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

10. Refunds, Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

All refunds, returns, exchanges, damaged-order claims, incorrect-order claims, sizing issues, DTF-transfer claims, order changes, and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Final Sale Policy.

That policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Website and REC Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Rustic Edge Customs name, REC branding, website content, original product photography, original graphics, text, logos, layouts, and other original materials created by REC are owned by or licensed to Rustic Edge Customs.

They may not be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, or commercially exploited without permission.

You may use the website only for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes.

You may not:

  • Interfere with operation of the website
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Introduce viruses or malicious code
  • Scrape or automate access in a manner that disrupts the website
  • Use the website to violate the rights of another person or business

12. Third-Party Services and Links

Our store may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, social platforms, review tools, and other providers.

Those third parties may have their own terms and policies.

REC is not responsible for third-party websites, services, outages, or content that we do not control.

13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rustic Edge Customs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products, including losses caused by third-party services or customer misuse of a product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or waives any warranty, remedy, liability, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, practices, technology, or legal obligations.

The current version will be posted on our website with an updated revision date.

Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer protection or other legal rights that apply to you.
