These are production windows before carrier transit time. Custom details or unusually large orders may require additional time. Ready-to-Press DTF is already printed and has no minimum; order processing still applies. Wait for REC’s shipment or pickup-ready notification.

WHEN WILL I GET TRACKING?
Tracking information is provided when your order ships. Production time and carrier transit time are separate, so the tracking clock starts after your item is made and handed off.
CAN I RETURN OR GET A REFUND?
Return and refund eligibility follows the store’s current Refund Policy. Read the complete policy before requesting a return or refund.
HOW DO I PRESS A REC DTF TRANSFER?
Our standard DTF process is 300°F, firm pressure, 5 seconds, instant peel, then cover and repress for another 5 seconds.
HOW DO I PICK THE RIGHT SHIRT SIZE?
Use the current Gildan Softstyle G640 size guide before ordering. Measure against a shirt you already like for the easiest comparison.
