If you select a custom medication request, enter the exact wording and relevant pen number; custom designs require our approval before production. All pens feature white glitter with medication-specific colored labels.
Production turnaround: 7–10 business days, excluding shipping transit. Handmade in multiple stages; epoxy requires curing time. Each finished pen may have small cosmetic variations.
